What the BFA is doing for you
Since it's inception in 2002, the BFA has worked actively with the government to achieve a much safer and sane firework environment. One area which we feel still needs attention is a requirement for a complete paper trail from port of entry to point of sale. We will continue to press government for action in this area.
Black market fireworks are untested, unproven and almost certainly do not carry liability insurance. An apparently cheap purchase may well finish up dangerously expensive.
